It wasn't just that he had to spend so much time taking photos - he was mad that they didn't pay ENOUGH to get their pictures taken with him. He believes that he deserves a premium price for an awkward photo of him smiling like the Joker while giving a thumbs up, but people just aren't willing to pay it.
